• NO UP-FRONT CHARGE for advertising your home in the Buyer’s Guide and local newspapers.
• NO REIMBURSEMENT is required from you to me for advertising costs that my company and I have expended on your behalf if your home does not sell. We carry all the risk and bear all the expense!
• NO UP-FRONT CHARGE for preparing professional flyers and other marketing material.
• NO UP-FRONT CHARGE for highly visible signage.
• NO UP-FRONT CHARGE for presenting a competent Comprehensive Market Analysis and marketing plan.
• NO UP-FRONT CHARGE for complete, friendly, patient, hands-on, knowledgeable coordination, counseling, personal attention, and guidance through the maze of:
• The law with respect to Seller’s Property Disclosure.
• The law with respect to Agency Relationship.
• Analyzing for Sellers’ bottom-line benefit of each offer that is presented and negotiating on behalf of the Seller concerning the offer. Oftentimes Realtors, because of training, experience, and no “personal involvement” with the property can be “tougher” negotiators than Sellers.
